would it be hard to add a ban reason aswell? like scammer, spamming, trolling, temp ban etc.

They already have that

all the bans ive seen are just listed as banned. never noticed a reason.

The instructions on how to access the page are located in the Announcement forum. I see no further need to add it to an already crammed navigation bar.

It's added convenience and makes things a lot easier. Using Kuz as an example not a lot of people will be aware of it. Besides there is plenty room on the bar.
