    I hope you understand you just showed how complex the issue is, lol. I agree though, people offering these services should be honest and be ready to compensate when something happens that is there fault.

    That way, if the account does get banned, the customer or the service provider can't lie and say it was greatly geared, or poorly geared, and then there needs to be a chart made by someone, on the value of accounts depending what is on the account.

    Then the service provider either pays the customer what the account was worth, or they go bye bye.

    But then, what happens if the account gets unbanned? Then the customer ends up with $500 and the account back. So my above method would be kind of pointless.

    So, the only other idea I see here, The website should have a flat rate fee, that if the account gets banned, the service provider must pay the customer $100, $200..whatever it may be, or they go bye bye. That way if the account does get unbanned, the customer is only paid for their time they waited.

    Sure all this probably sounds like ****, but someone has to say something and get ideas floating around if we ever wish to move forward.

    I used a leveling service ONE time back in my youth days of world of warcraft, the account was temp banned. Ever since i never looked back and hand did everything.
