Masked Crusader Professional Service Refund Policy
If the service being provided to the user does not meet the criteria that was originally agreed to by the customer and service provider, a partial refund will be given for the service that has yet to be completed. This partial refund will be a percentage of the total that was already paid out to the service provider. This refund amount will be ascertained by the MC staff if the involved parties cannot come to an agreement themselves.
If the service has already been started, a full refund will not and cannot be given. However, as previously stated, both parties must agree on a percentage of which the job was completed. The service provider will then refund the percentage that was not completed. This will assure no money loss for both parties.
Powerleveling Terms Required
This idea has been brought to the attention of the MC staff and it is an idea that is now implemented (as of 5/8/2010).
Because of the amount of Professional Service providers that are using tactics that were not agreed to by the buyer in the original deal, we have found it necessary that these terms be listed in the "Original Post" of the Professional Service provider's thread.
Information is required in all Powerleveling service threads.
Powerleveling Service providers have 1 week from today (5/15/2010) to have their thread updated with these terms. Please contact a staff member to get your original post edited with these terms.
Failure to update your terms will result in your service thread being locked.
- Our powerleveling service is done (by bots or by hand)
- The powerlevelers that we employ are located in (which country)
- If the serviced account is permanently banned during the leveling process, the customer will or will not be compensated. If being compensated, you will be compensated... (explain what you would compensate the customer with).
