I don't know how to act. I tried going to the gym to get the thoughts out of my head but that did not work, i am just sitting here trying to not think about it.

My condolences, proto. I'm very sorry to hear this. I've yet to loose anyone close to me, however; I do fear the day.
Try to remain positive; he has moved on to a better place. We are here for you, buddy.

I just had my grandmother pass away less than a month ago. I definitely know how you feel.
In my experience, keeping yourself busy with work, cleaning the house, running errands, etc. should help to shoulder the initial pain/shock.
You will find the light in the darkness soon enough.
My condolences, Proto. Keep your head up and keep on living your life the best way you possibly can.
We're here for you, and, you have my prayers.
I'm dreading the day someone in my immediate family passes away, lost and aunt which was very heartbreaking. Dread the day I lose one or both of my parents. I'm already a semi-emotional dude, so, I know I will cry my ass off.
Best of luck,
Alan.
Aww Hunny I'm so sorry to hear that. *big hugs*
It's OK to think about it !
Remember all the good times you had with your grandpa
All the laughs you shared!
You have wonderful memories of your time together !
I don't know if that is a girl thing... but I would find all those old pictures of you guys and put them in a special album.
It will help you keep his memory near you.
My deepest condolences to you and your family !
I shall return to my royal chariot, laughing as I go.~ RPG Reseller
