    Default What to do?

I am looking for a bit of advice, I am not really looking to get huge muscles. I am more interested in just getting in shape.

I am 5'9 and 105 pounds. Is there any certain protein shake that I could take and go say running? Thanks in advance ^_^

super scrawny male. My stomach is extremely small so I have to eat like 9 times a day because I can not eat that much at once without being in pain.

I really do not want to lift weights though. IDK seems like to much work seeing as how I do not own any equipment and I do not want to go to the gym.

Ohhhhhh, where in Dallas you from Revo?

And if you don't feel like lifting weights nor going to a gym, just stick with pushups I guess though it will only get you so far.

Really recommend a gym even if it's a small and cheap one, you could do so much more.

I'm currently 6'0 even and 205, only about 8% body fat, I just follow a steady diet and work out daily.

I went to a gym once and the people there were complete assholes. Maybe I just went to a bad one or something. I might give it a try again.

    Woahh, awesome.

Sure do know where it's at, just moved from Parker, Tx which is inbetween Plano/Allen/Murphy, each city was literally 1 minute away.
Went to Plano East senior high as well.

Awesome to meet fellow Texans on this board, it's a rare occasion! =)

Also, I've been to a few SMU football games, all loses but at least the stadium is nice ;)

Leet -- I have the answer for you.

Fitnessanywhere.com |Home of TRX and Suspension Training, the original bodyweight training fitness tool, train with the best in class exercise equipment, fitness equipment

I own it and recommend it to anyone regardless of what you are trying to do. It is great for anyone that wants to get in shape. Can literally hit any muscle group with it and really light it up.

Make sure to buy the door stop as well, otherwise you cannot use it in your home

Again, this is if you have money of course.
