    Sweater, sweat pants.

    Stairmaster, treadmill, and enjoy some time in the Steam room doing small workouts in there.

    Well, im not a Fat guy. Since i got out of AKMYA i have noticed a diffrence in my muscle of my upper body. arms,chest,neck, ect. ect.

    so that would make my goal better upper body muscle.
    wouldnt mind more stamina as well, considering i quit smoking after 5 years.

    Pushups.

    I really recommend this site, I found them a couple of months back while looking on how to improve my pushup count and upper body stamina.
    I've always been able to lift a bunch of weight, but struggled at my uper body stamina and pushup count.

    Follow this and you'll notice a big difference, I've bulked my chest up quite a bit and notice a major difference in my lifting.

    Incline Press
    Decline Press
    Flat Press
    Cross Overs Cables
    Push up's
    100 Jumping Jacks with burst jump power .

    X2 DAYS A WEEK .


    Make sure you get a good 50g of protein after your massive chest workout .

    well I actually started a new job, and they have a badass gym, so I've been getting on a consitenty schedule of going to the gym for about 1 hour each day,

    I typically get there and run 2 miles on the treadmill, than get into doing all sorts of different machines / free weights with working on ab work outs

    I think my problem is getting the perfectly right diet
