I have been having many issues with cutting down because i love food . I did cut the beer out and over eating though .
Im at 230 Lbs , i have decided my body want me to build some more mass so i have started training for MMA heavyweights conditioning strength and burst power . More so of the 1-2 round fight blasting power .
So i got all the supplements i need and food i should be around 240 lbs 8-10 % bodyfat .
PS- I WILL be posting my logs weekly on food / workouts and overall health to u all even with all my workout logs .
I can't wait to post the results after my 4 month training with some of the best american top teams in fresno , CA . AKA SPORTS CENTER .
Maby ill get my shot with Brock or Shane carwin later in time . J/K They would own me .
Im excited !!!
