    Default so i have decided what needs to be done .

    I have been having many issues with cutting down because i love food . I did cut the beer out and over eating though .

    Im at 230 Lbs , i have decided my body want me to build some more mass so i have started training for MMA heavyweights conditioning strength and burst power . More so of the 1-2 round fight blasting power .

    So i got all the supplements i need and food i should be around 240 lbs 8-10 % bodyfat .



    PS- I WILL be posting my logs weekly on food / workouts and overall health to u all even with all my workout logs .

    I can't wait to post the results after my 4 month training with some of the best american top teams in fresno , CA . AKA SPORTS CENTER .

    Maby ill get my shot with Brock or Shane carwin later in time . J/K They would own me .

    Im excited !!!

    No homo, but I think you would be able to contrast your developments more by doing actual poses. I'm not suggesting you post them here, for the risk of sounding gay, but I would take pictures shirtless, with actual bodybuilding poses. This way, you can check your definition, size and shape, as opposed to just your size.

    Ok so its a few day's after my last review . I feel much lighter and faster my endurance is getting in better stages every week .

    Meal 1 = Oatmeal and 1 serving of Whey and Skim milk .

    And 1 packet of animal cuts . And 1 5htp

    Workout

    Meal 2 = After workout , Fruits and Whey .

    Meal 3 = Salad and a turky sandwich with water .

    Meal 4 = dinner = Baked salmon and veggiez with water . I also wanna add brown rice .

    Meal 5 = Before 2nd workout = 1 man scorch fatburner and a 12 oz water bottle .

    I jog in my neighborhood for 30 min everyday .

    Do push up's at home

    Do Sit up's at home .

    Meal 6 = Turkey wrapped in lettuce no toppings . with water .

    NIGHT NIGHT

    This is working for me im not ever hungry !!! witch is very rare im allways hungry .
