Man ciggerettes are one of the most addictive drugs up there with meth and heroin according to my doctor.

I was addicted to oxycontin and other drugs a few years ago and I still smoke ciggs. They are really hard to quit. I gave up doing oxy, smoking weed and pretty much every other drug before ciggs. They are just always there, I can go to the store and buy some, too easy to get.

hit the steam room, it clears your lungs.

First of all this made me lol like a mother ****er.

Try making yourself sick of smoking, smoke so much that you literally start to feel sick. Quit cold turkey after that. Maybe that will work for you.
