Jagex aside from Blizzards limited initiative to take down botting websites is unmatched. They're willing to spend millions to take these developers out of the picture.
Thankfully -- the bot I use still works. ;)
It's ridiculously active. They came back with open PvP (wilderness and Free-Trade).
I enjoy it; you just need to make sure you're not playing with little kids.
