There are MANY video cards that support native hd resolutions. But depending on your budget, i would go with one of the newer ati cards such as the 5870 or 5850. I own 3 rigs currently all running the newest 5000 series cards and LOVE THEM! My main rig has 2 5870s connected through HDMI to a 42 inch vizio lcd.... its amazing. But many many low end cards will do hd resolutions, its just a matter of what your doing on the said pc. If your going to be doing high anti aliasing gaming or will be using video intensive apps i would recommend a card with higher clocks and more video memory. but if your just going to play wow or something a single 5770 should suffice for a 42 inch or smaller tv.
