Is it possible to use this for healing in a BG? i have not found a possible outcome where it would unless it just uses tab to find next enemy could change my bind to make them target friendly instead?

AS you started with, there really is no functionality as a healer. Its a good thought though, none the less.

Is is possible, to set up your skill rotation to just heal yourself in combat situations, where the bot auto attacks??

Also a side note to the OP:
Im guessing "training?" your bot's waypoints for locations that you know are heavily occupied, would give you the chance to stand and heal yourself, nonstop ? or enough to gain the medal.

Furthermore, I would imagine a bot that had the capability to target and heal others, would require a good amount of "if-then's".. and even then, you probably wouldnt benefit from it much, because of distancing issues and Bot reaction time.

Although im not sure a "If-Than" statement is possible on a pixel detection bot, im sure we could try it.

However, feel free to place heal spells in the rotation, it will simply heal you!
