There was your mistake. Did you use a VPN? Did you bot during the same hours? Did you bot afk?

so iv been emailing the staff at SWTOR asking for logs or any proof of a 3rd party program and they just keep looping me around and redirecting my emails to other emails. really annoying.

My advise is this..

Your account is now "flagged".
For the sole reason of you using the same IP for billing, as you have with gaming(with no use of a VPN during times when botting?), your days of botting on that account are through.
Trust me, youre in the system now, and the server will monitor your actions, and most likely cross reference your online time, for any "repetitive" behavior versus whats considered "non botting-like behavior".
I would even suggest in the future, any botting you do, use an account that is not directly linked to you, and always connect with it, using a VPN.. From the start of this account.

If you really intend on botting, apply the advice Ive given you, otherwise your chances of a permanent ban, following your 1 week suspension are great.

My friend everyone knows that how it would goes I really don't meant by that you should be hopeless but it'd not be beneficial.
