Hey Guys,

If your having problems getting the bot started, or having in-game issues, try these generic steps to troubleshot the issue!

1. Are you subscribed? As of v2.0.0 the account name: "aresBeta" is no longer active. Donaters prior to v2.x.x vist this thread http://www.maskedcrusader.com/breaki...tml#post576269. Does your bot's login screen look like the below image after you enter in your Username/Password.


2. Is your desktop Aero resolution set to the below percentile? If not, the bot will not function properly.


3. Are your in-game settings exactly like the below image? If not, correct them in your in game "Graphics" tab.


4. If your crew skills are bugged, do you have the "Left Quick Slot" enabled?


5. If your having "Exit Area" issues: Is your "Load Time" set at a proper number. This is the time that the bot waits for the loading screen between BG's to load. (A number that works for me is '25'. **MAY NOT FOR YOU). You can also change the distance under "Path Settings." Use the screen shots next to the number to help you find a proper integer. The "numbers" are distance. The smaller the number, the farther it will travel in a specific distance.


6. Here is a copy of my config file. Obviously Crew skills are specific to me. Take what you find useful from it.

If you troubleshooted all the above and are still having problems, post again with a few screen shots of ur settings.

does it have any affect if your in wide screen 1024X768 or regular screen 1024x768 didnt know if there was a actual difference besides size

Yes there is a difference between wide screen 1024x768 and regular. The pixel count is different for the monitor itself.

At least, that is what I have learned from all of the reading on the forums. Someone correct me if I am wrong because most of the resolution issues seem to be with people that have widescreen laptops.

Your absolutely right.

i have a couple of questions regarding the crew skills
1) when you set the rank and the skill u want for the bot to send ur companion to do, is there a way you can make it choose a specific mission ex( slicing lockbox reward missions). or is that not available yet?
2) also why do you have to have atleast 1 companion by ur side? does this mean if you only have 1companion u cant send him on missions becuase it will mess with the bot?
3) also i realized my bot always ends up going into bgs and never actually engaging in a fight with an individual. rather just walkingto the middle of the oddball map and standing there casting abilities. is this a common bug?

1) No, unfortunately, that feature is not available right now.
2) The bot uses pixel detection and the only fool proof way to see that your out of a warzone is when your companion comes out.
3) As of right now, your bot is working as designed.

The pictures are not showing

WARZONE QUE POPS BUT DOESNT DETECT IT.

For all with this Warzone issue:

A major patch is being released tonight! All known issues have been fixed (its pretty sweet).

I can't post any pictures of my settings but they are Identical to what has been posted before. The bot works correctly until I get into the actual warzone. Then it just stands there and gets kicked out. Yes I have premium, and I don't think my laptop would be considered "Wide screen" ,although, that is a possibility. The bot says: "Battleground Found! Checking area..."

Edit again: Yep not working. I can make path's but they don't get read. So yeah... This is pretty wierd.
