Hey all.

I have finally gotten some down time to work on some fixes for the forums.

- Upgraded the forum to the newest stable release of vBulletin
- Took down the homepage for now as it was not helping anything and the content was starting to get stale.
- Added a sidebar to the forum home page that shows the newest members, top posters, and most recent threads. All of these modules were custom coded by me, so I am definitely up for adding more if anyone has any great ideas for other blocks to create.
- Switched the forum style to 100% fluid versus the fixed width we had prior. The fixed width was just too cramped.
- Fixed some bugs with the upgrade to the newest upgrade to vBulletin which included your username not showing when you logged in and the "users browsing" a thread/forum were showing as an array.
